Curry Spiced Shrimp

Serving Size: 4

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ tsp salt
½ tsp Coriander, Dried
½ tsp Cumin Seed
½ tsp Cloves, Ground
½ tsp Cinnamon, Ground
½ tsp Cardamom
½ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp Turmeric

Heat a skillet to medium high and spray with Pam.
Dust the shrimp with the curry seasoning and cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
While the heat is still on, add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cook another 30 seconds or so until most of the water has evaporated. This will keep the shrimp from being too dry.
